Our condolences go out to the Allen family with the loss of Kay. As neighbors; our family had the privilege to witness first hand the
model of love that Kay displayed
toward her husband, family and friends. We will always cherish the hospitality that Joe and Kay offered to our family when we first moved to Alexandria...what awesome people! We will forever hold fond memories in our heart for you Kay; whether it be the passion you had for your children and grandchildren or the excitement of the city-wide rummage sale. The most precious treasure of your life is now yours in heaven! May God bless the Allen family and allow them to carry on Joe and Kay's legacy.
